1. Introduction and acceptance

These Terms apply when you use the SuperClashCN website or arrange a service through its current manual communication process. By continuing with a service after the details have been reviewed, you acknowledge that these Terms form part of that arrangement.

“SuperClashCN,” “we,” and “us” refer to the independent service presented on this website. These Terms do not state or imply a registered company form or select a governing jurisdiction.

2. Services

Currently available website service paths are:

• Trophy Road progression
• Ranked Mode rank progression
• Ultimate Champion Rating Boost
• Classic, Draft, and Grand Challenge orders
• Mixed orders combining supported Challenge types
• Manual recommendations for choosing an available service
• Up to five manually managed Clash Royale account listing slots
• Manual Clash Royale account progression, valuation, and pre-purchase reviews
• Paid manual deck reviews, personalized deck recommendations, matchup plans, and custom play plans
• Paid manual Replay Analysis using customer-supplied screen recordings
• Paid personalized Improvement Plans prepared and supported manually over 7, 14, or 30 days
• Paid private Live Coaching delivered manually in English through Discord
• A runtime catalogue for paid guides and other manually delivered digital products
• A runtime catalogue of planned One-Deck Mastery editions and their current statuses

Live Coaching and Personalized Improvement Plans are available as the paid manual services described above. Initial One-Deck Mastery deck and tier entries are marked Coming soon and have no order action until their paid content is completed. Personalized Deck Help and Replay Analysis remain distinct paid manual services and are not live coaching. Seasonal Challenge and Global Tournament services are not included in these Terms because they have not been implemented on the website.

A digital-product listing is not an automatic purchase offer. The website does not provide checkout, protected downloads, or automatic file delivery. Opening an enquiry does not create an order or provide access to a paid file. Complete paid files are delivered manually through an agreed private communication channel after payment is confirmed and are not published as website assets.

3. Calculator quotes

Calculator results are estimates based on the valid options and current pricing coded into the website. Using a calculator does not create an order, accept a service request, reserve availability, or process payment.

A quote is not confirmed until the selected service, inputs, availability, and practical details are reviewed manually. Incorrect, unsupported, or manipulated inputs may invalidate a displayed quote. Prices produced by the valid calculator logic should not be changed manually by a customer.

4. Orders and availability

Customers contact SuperClashCN manually through an available communication channel. No request is automatically accepted by the website. Availability, scope, final details, and next steps must be confirmed before an order proceeds.

A request may be declined when it is unavailable, impractical, outside supported limits, affected by account conditions, or not sufficiently clear. Ultimate Champion Rating targets above 3,000 are not available through the current calculator.

Account listing availability is not real time. Opening WhatsApp or sending an account enquiry does not reserve an account, confirm an order, or create a transfer. Current availability, account details, listed price or quote, transfer conditions and estimated completion time, recipient identity, refund conditions, and payment instructions must be confirmed before payment.

Digital-product availability is also manually managed. Before paying, confirm the price or quote, exact included files, format, language, compatibility, delivery method and estimate, recipient identity, refund conditions, and current payment instructions. A product enquiry does not reserve a product, confirm payment, or provide file access.

One-Deck Mastery availability is controlled by its runtime catalogue. Coming soon and unavailable decks or tiers have no purchase action. For an Available tier, the exact materials, displayed edition and version, final price, delivery method, personalization details, delivery estimate, recipient identity, refund conditions, and current payment instructions must be confirmed manually. Opening WhatsApp does not create or reserve an order or prove that payment was received.

Account checks are manual consultations based on customer-supplied information and screenshots. Review scope, price, expected delivery time, recipient identity, payment instructions, and refund conditions must be confirmed before payment. Opening WhatsApp does not create or accept an order. Any valuation is an estimate and not a guaranteed sale price or promise of a successful sale.

Personalized Deck Help is prepared manually from customer-supplied progression, deck, preferences, goals, and gameplay problems. Scope, included deliverables, price, expected delivery time, recipient identity, payment instructions, and refund conditions must be confirmed before payment. Opening WhatsApp does not create or accept an order.

Replay Analysis is prepared manually from customer-supplied screen recordings and gameplay context. Standard pricing applies only to the listed packages and recordings of up to six minutes each. Custom quantities, unusually long recordings, multiple matches in one file, edited compilations, and unsuitable footage may require a manual quote. Recording requirements, analysis scope, final price, expected delivery time, recipient identity, payment instructions, and refund conditions must be confirmed before payment. Opening WhatsApp does not create or accept an order or confirm that a recording is suitable.

Paid personalized Improvement Plans are prepared and supported manually over the selected 7, 14, or 30-day period. Each plan includes its displayed replay-review allocation and one consolidated asynchronous check-in per plan day. Additional replay reviews cost $4.99 each. Availability, plan scope, included deliverables, check-in rules, replay requirements, final price, start date, expected delivery schedule, recipient identity, payment instructions, and refund conditions must be confirmed before payment. Opening WhatsApp does not create or accept an order, assign a coach or analyst, or confirm the requested start date.

Live Coaching is delivered manually in English through a confirmed Discord voice or screen-sharing session. The customer plays on their own device while the coach spectates and advises; the coach does not log into the customer’s account. The requested date, time, timezone, coach, and recording choice are preferences until confirmed. Session scope, final schedule, coach assignment, Discord connection details, final price, payment instructions, recipient identity, recording conditions, refund, cancellation, and rescheduling conditions must be confirmed before payment. Opening WhatsApp does not create a booking, reserve a time, or assign a coach. A specialist coach may have a different price only when confirmed before payment.

5. Payments

Payment methods may vary and instructions are provided manually only after availability and service details are reviewed. Some payment accounts may display an individual account holder’s verified legal name rather than the SuperClashCN brand. Confirm the service, price, recipient identity, payment instructions, and applicable refund conditions before paying.

A customer should not be instructed to mislabel a commercial payment as a gift or personal transfer. Do not send payment before the required details are clear. The website does not provide direct checkout or automatic payment processing and does not guarantee a particular payment brand.

6. Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information where relevant, including:

• Current trophies, rank, or Ultimate Champion rating
• The requested target
• Challenge types and quantities
• Selected optional extras
• Relevant deadlines or account conditions

Customers must not:

• Provide stolen accounts or accounts they are not authorized to use
• Use a service for unlawful activity
• Send malicious files or attempt payment fraud
• Misrepresent a dispute or submitted information
• Threaten, harass, spam, or otherwise abuse support channels

7. Account access and publisher rules

Some services may require account access after the order has been discussed. The public website and its calculators do not collect passwords, Supercell ID verification codes, or login codes. Any access process must be clarified privately and must never be placed in calculator fields, website URLs, or public messages.

Account-access services may conflict with the game publisher’s rules. SuperClashCN is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Supercell. A warning-free, suspension-free, reset-free, or otherwise penalty-free outcome cannot be promised. Very high Ultimate Champion ratings carry elevated enforcement risk, but these Terms do not state that any particular account will definitely receive a penalty.

Buying, selling, and transferring game accounts violates Supercell’s Terms of Service and may result in access loss, restrictions, suspension, recovery, or permanent closure. Published account listings are screened for at least 14 days to identify obvious access, recovery, or stability issues, but screening cannot guarantee permanent access or a penalty-free outcome. The public website does not collect account passwords, login email addresses, verification codes, recovery codes, or Supercell ID credentials.

An account review does not verify legal ownership, independently confirm hidden account history, guarantee that an original owner will not attempt recovery, guarantee permanent access, or eliminate publisher-enforcement risk. Account screenshots must be sent manually through the agreed communication channel with credentials, codes, payment information, and unnecessary personal details removed.

8. Ultimate Champion Rating Boost

The current calculator accepts a minimum current rating of 1,200 and a maximum target rating of 3,000. Started 100-rating units are rounded upward for pricing, and the pricing tiers differ below and above 2,000 rating.

A specific risk acknowledgment is required for targets above 2,000. Completion timing is confirmed manually after the requested range and availability are reviewed. No global leaderboard position, season-end placement, rating retention, or penalty-free outcome is promised. Review the live Rating calculatorfor the current supported inputs and quote.

9. Challenge orders

Classic, Draft, and Grand Challenges may be selected individually or combined in one order. Quantity discounts apply separately to each selected Challenge type. Quantities from different types are not added together to unlock a discount.

Optional extras are applied once to the combined discounted base price in the calculator’s existing order and rounding sequence. Single-type completion times retain their current display; mixed order timing is reviewed manually. Any completion time is an estimate rather than a promised deadline.

10. Optional extras

Priority and Recording are paid optional extras. Selecting an extra changes the calculated quote according to the relevant calculator. Priority does not create an absolute completion-time promise. Recording availability, format, or delivery details may need to be confirmed manually before payment.

11. Completion times and delays

Displayed times are estimates where provided. Ultimate Champion Rating timing and mixed Challenge timing are confirmed manually. Delays may occur because of availability, account conditions, game updates, maintenance, technical issues, customer actions, or other circumstances.

Discuss any important deadline before payment; selecting Priority does not remove these variables.

12. Progress and completion

Progress updates are currently provided through the communication channel agreed with the customer. The website does not provide live order tracking, a customer dashboard, or automatic status updates. Completion evidence may be shared through the same channel. Customers should review completion information promptly and raise any concern through the original conversation.

13. Refunds, cancellations, and disputes

Applicable refund conditions should be confirmed before payment. Eligibility depends on the agreed service, progress already completed, customer cooperation, payment costs, and the specific circumstances. Refunds are not automatic or universally promised.

Contact SuperClashCN through the original communication channel and retain relevant service, payment, and conversation records. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. No fixed refund deadline is stated in this operational draft.

For account listings, transfer conditions, recipient identity, and any applicable refund conditions must be confirmed before payment. An enquiry or risk acknowledgment does not create an automatic refund entitlement or remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

For digital products, refund eligibility depends on the agreed terms, delivery status, and circumstances. Customers should confirm the product contents and delivery format before payment. No universal refund is promised, and nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Live Coaching rescheduling and cancellation conditions are confirmed before payment. Customers should notify SuperClashCN as early as possible if they cannot attend. Missed sessions are handled according to the conditions agreed before payment; no universal cancellation deadline or automatic refund is promised.

14. Third-party platforms and payments

WhatsApp, Discord, Telegram, email providers, payment providers, Trustpilot, the game publisher, and other linked services operate independently under their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and technical rules. SuperClashCN does not control those third-party services.

15. Intellectual property

Clash Royale, Supercell, and related names, artwork, and assets belong to their respective owners. SuperClashCN is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Supercell. Game-related names are used descriptively to identify the game and relevant service context.

Paid guides and digital resources remain protected content. A purchase does not transfer ownership or grant permission to redistribute, publish, resell, or expose the complete paid files unless expressly agreed. Public previews and samples are intentionally limited and should not misrepresent the complete product. No guide guarantees trophies, rank, tournament placement, win rate, or match outcomes.

One-Deck Mastery guides are licensed for the purchasing customer’s personal use. A manually delivered copy may include the customer’s selected display name and the SuperClashCN order ID on the cover, in page footers, or lightly on selected internal pages. This marking discourages redistribution but is not digital-rights management and cannot prevent copying, screenshots, or file sharing. Customers should not publicly redistribute, resell, or upload paid material.

16. Disclaimers

Website availability may be interrupted, and manipulated or unsupported inputs may produce invalid results. Account safety, rank retention, season-end placement, publisher rewards, and outcomes following publisher changes are not promised. Current calculator and service details should be reviewed before payment.

Deck recommendations and play plans are strategic advice, not guaranteed results. They cannot guarantee wins, trophies, Ultimate Champion, positive win rate, tournament placement, or a permanently effective deck. Results depend on player execution, card levels, opponents, balance changes, and game conditions, and future updates may reduce a recommendation’s usefulness. Personalized Deck Help is prepared for one customer’s supplied situation and is distinct from general paid guides intended for multiple customers.

Replay Analysis is strategic feedback based on customer-supplied recordings and available context. It cannot guarantee wins, trophy gains, rank progression, tournament placement, or future results. Customers are responsible for reviewing recordings before sending them and removing login emails, codes, payment information, private messages, notifications, and unnecessary personal information. Reports and any included annotated video are delivered privately through the agreed third-party communication channel.

Personalized Improvement Plans provide strategic guidance, structured practice, limited replay reviews, asynchronous check-ins, and progress reassessment. They do not guarantee wins, trophies, rank progression, Challenge completion, tournament placement, win rate, or other specific results. Progress depends on practice, execution, card levels, opponents, balance changes, and game conditions. Balance or game changes during or after a plan may affect the continuing usefulness of its recommendations.

Live Coaching provides real-time strategic guidance but does not guarantee wins, trophies, rank progression, Challenge completion, tournament placement, win rate, or other specific results. Match count is not guaranteed because match duration, connection quality, and discussion time vary. Recording is optional and defaults to No; no public, advertising, social-media, training, or testimonial use is permitted without separate explicit permission.

One-Deck Mastery guides provide strategic learning material and do not guarantee wins, trophies, rank progression, tournament placement, or continued effectiveness after future balance changes. Purchase includes the edition confirmed at the time of ordering. Major changes to cards, balance, or the wider game environment may lead to separate future editions; lifetime updates and a fixed update schedule are not promised, although a discounted upgrade may be offered where stated.

17. Limitations

Any exclusion or limitation described in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and should be assessed in light of the agreed service and surrounding circumstances. This draft does not attempt to remove all responsibility, override non-excludable rights, or select a governing jurisdiction.

18. Changes to these Terms

Services, prices, calculator rules, availability limits, and these Terms may be updated as the website and operating process change. The centralized date at the top identifies the current draft. A customer should review the current calculator and applicable terms before arranging a new service.
