Daily check-in definition

One consolidated asynchronous exchange per plan day.

One asynchronous check-in is included per plan day. The customer may send one consolidated progress update or set of related questions, and SuperClashCN provides one consolidated response.

Not live or unlimited support

Check-ins are not live Coaching, immediate replies, 24-hour support, or unlimited messages. Live Coaching is a separate paid Discord service.

Timing is agreed manually

The channel and response timing are confirmed before payment. A missed day does not automatically extend the plan, and unused check-ins do not become Coaching sessions unless manually agreed.

Replay-review rules

Send complete matches privately after confirmation.

Recordings are sent manually through WhatsApp or Discord.
A standard replay contains one complete match and is normally no longer than six minutes.
Included reviews are limited to 2, 4, or 8 according to the selected plan.
Additional replay reviews cost $4.99 each in whole-number quantities.
Compilations, multiple matches in one file, or unusually long recordings may require manual scope review.
Unused reviews do not convert into money, Coaching time, or another service.
The exact feedback format is confirmed manually; an annotated video is not promised for every review.

Configured plan content

A structured program, delivered through an agreed format.

Delivery may use PDF, a document, WhatsApp, Discord, or a manually confirmed combination. No format is automatic.

Personalized written plan

An assessment-led plan focused on configured goals, weaknesses, deck context, and practice capacity.

Practice task list

Daily or scheduled tasks covering the priorities that apply to the selected plan.

Replay feedback

A limited number of complete-match reviews, plus paid additional reviews selected in the request.

Progress checkpoints

Configured mid-plan or weekly reassessments and adjustments based on supplied progress.

Final reassessment

A closing review with next priorities and longer-term practice recommendations.

Private manual delivery

Private plans and customer replay material are not placed in public website folders. No automatic plan generation, scheduling, dashboard, file upload, or website download is provided.

Prepare the request
Review the browser-calculated total and open the prepared WhatsApp request.
Confirm the full scope
SuperClashCN confirms availability, required screenshots or replays, scope, price, start date, communication schedule, payment instructions, recipient identity, and refund conditions.
Receive the initial plan
The manually prepared plan is delivered through the communication channel and format agreed before payment.
Practice and reassess
Follow the tasks, use the allowed check-ins and replay reviews, and receive the final reassessment.
