1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how information may be handled when a visitor uses SuperClashCN. “SuperClashCN,” “we,” and “us” refer to the independent service presented on this website; these terms do not state or imply a registered company form.

The website currently provides browser-based service calculators, a recommendation funnel, runtime-loaded public account listings, runtime-loaded public digital-product and One-Deck Mastery catalogues, public result examples, a browser-only manual account-review request builder, and browser-only Personalized Deck Help, Live Coaching, Replay Analysis, and Improvement Plan request builders, and links to direct communication channels. It does not provide customer accounts, direct checkout, automatic payment processing, or an order-tracking dashboard.

Account inventory is loaded from a public JSON file. Listing data is manually managed and must contain only public account characteristics. The website does not use that file to collect buyer or seller data.

The digital-product catalogue is also loaded from a public JSON file. It contains public product metadata and limited preview paths only. Private paid files, customer information, payment credentials, and private delivery links must not be stored in that public catalogue.

The One-Deck Mastery runtime catalogue similarly contains only public deck metadata, tier details, statuses, prices, versions, and limited preview paths. Private paid guides, customer information, watermark details, payment credentials, and private delivery links must not be stored in that public JSON file.

2. Information entered into calculators

Trophy Road, Ranked Mode rank progression, Ultimate Champion Rating Boost, and Classic, Draft, and Grand Challenge selections are processed in your browser to calculate the quote shown on the page. Mixed Challenge orders calculate the selected Challenge types together while retaining each type’s own quantity rules.

Using a calculator does not automatically create, submit, or permanently store an order. The current calculator code does not use local storage or session storage to retain an order. Supported URL parameters may prefill selections, which means those values can appear in the page address and browser history.

Enter only the progress and service options needed for a quote. Do not place passwords, login codes, payment information, or other sensitive information in calculator fields or URLs.

3. Recommendation funnel

Recommendation answers are processed in the browser to identify a suitable service path and prepare a contact message. The current tool does not permanently store those answers on the website and does not use local storage or session storage for them.

Optional guide preferences, such as game mode, skill level, format, language, gameplay problem, and budget, are handled in the same browser-only way. They do not imply that a matching product exists or is available.

An account-check recommendation may pass only a validated review-type preference in the page address. Account statistics, prices, notes, and other free-text answers are not passed through recommendation URLs.

A Deck Help recommendation may pass only short validated selections such as consultation type, supported game mode, trophy count or rank, and archetype. Replay Analysis recommendations may pass only replay quantity, supported game mode, and match type. Free-text answers, long notes, screenshots, credentials, and sensitive information are not placed in these URLs.

A One-Deck Mastery recommendation may place only a validated planned deck slug and guide-tier key in the page address. Current progress, experience, language, learning problems, deadlines, and other free-text answers are not placed in that URL.

An Improvement Plan recommendation may place only a validated plan duration, pathway, and preferred start date in the page address. Current progress, weaknesses, practice-time notes, and other free-text answers are not placed in that URL.

A Live Coaching recommendation may place only short validated session, preferred date and time, timezone, current progress, primary-deck, and main-weakness values in the page address. Discord usernames, player tags, long notes, credentials, and other sensitive information are not passed through recommendation URLs.

A generated message is not sent automatically. Information leaves the website only when you choose to open the relevant communication platform and then decide whether to send the message there.

4. Communications

You may contact SuperClashCN through WhatsApp, Telegram, or email. Information you send may be processed and retained by the selected provider under its own privacy practices, security measures, and account settings. SuperClashCN does not control every aspect of how those independent platforms handle data.

Direct conversations may be used to review availability, clarify a quote, provide payment instructions, discuss progress, and address support or privacy concerns.

An account-listing enquiry may include the public listing ID, listing title, displayed price, status, public account features, and confirmation that the required risk acknowledgment was accepted. The acknowledgment is not stored permanently by the website.

A digital-product enquiry may include the public product ID, title, type, displayed price, format, language, and status. It must not include a private paid-file URL or secret delivery link.

A One-Deck Mastery order enquiry is prepared in the browser and may include the selected deck, tier, displayed price, guide version, delivery-format preference, customer-selected watermark name, language, learning goal, current trophies or rank, deadline, and acknowledgment. Those form answers and the acknowledgment are not permanently stored by the website. The customer chooses whether to send the prepared message through WhatsApp.

Any customer-selected display name used for manual personalization is used only to prepare and communicate about the personalized delivery. A phone number is not requested as the default watermark. Customers should avoid sending unnecessary personal information. Paid guide files are delivered privately through the agreed method and are not hosted at a public website URL.

Account-check form fields are processed in the browser and are not permanently stored by the website. A prepared request includes only supplied fields after validation and opens WhatsApp for the customer to review. Account screenshots are not uploaded to or stored by this website; any screenshots sent through a third-party communication platform are handled under that platform’s practices. The review acknowledgment is not permanently stored.

Deck Help form answers are also processed in the browser and are not permanently stored by the website. The generated consultation request includes only supplied validated fields. Deck and card-collection screenshots are sent manually through the agreed third-party platform; this website does not upload or permanently store them. The Deck Help acknowledgment is not permanently stored.

Replay Analysis form answers are processed in the browser and are not permanently stored by the website. The website does not upload, receive, or store replay videos. Recordings, reports, voice explanations, and any included annotated video are exchanged privately through the agreed WhatsApp or Discord channel under that platform's practices. Customers should review recordings and remove unnecessary personal information before sending them.

Improvement Plan form answers are processed in the browser and are not permanently stored by the public website. The prepared request may include the selected plan and pathway, calculated price, replay allocation, gameplay context, goals, practice preferences, schedule, and acknowledgment. The website does not upload, receive, or store screenshots, private plans, or replay files. Customers send any requested screenshots or recordings manually through the agreed WhatsApp or Discord channel under that platform's practices, after removing unnecessary personal or sensitive information.

Live Coaching form answers, schedule preferences, coach preference, recording choice, and acknowledgment are processed in the browser and are not permanently stored by the public website. The website does not record, upload, receive, or store a Discord session. The customer plays on their own device, and the coach does not log into the customer’s account. Discord and WhatsApp handle information under their own terms and privacy practices when the customer chooses to use those platforms.

5. Information you should not send

Do not place the following information in website inputs, calculator fields, URLs, or public messages:

  • Passwords or banking passwords
  • Supercell ID verification codes or other login codes
  • Login email addresses, recovery codes, or Supercell ID credentials
  • Card numbers, card security codes, or payment credentials
  • Unnecessary identity documents
  • Any other sensitive information that is not necessary for the enquiry

If a service involving account access is discussed, clarify the process and publisher-related risk privately before sharing any access-related information. Never post such information publicly.

6. Order-related information

If you choose to contact SuperClashCN, the conversation may include the selected service, current progress, target, calculated quote, optional extras, preferred deadline, a payment reference where relevant, digital-product preferences, selected watermark details or delivery details, and communication history.

This information is handled through the manual communication and service process. No fixed deletion schedule is stated here because the current implementation does not document or enforce one. Keep the information you provide limited to what is reasonably needed.

7. Payment information

The website does not directly collect card details or process payments. Payment methods can vary and current instructions are confirmed manually after service availability and order details have been reviewed.

Independent payment providers operate under their own privacy practices. Some payment accounts may display the verified legal name of the account holder instead of the SuperClashCN brand. Confirm the recipient identity and applicable instructions before sending payment. No payment brand is guaranteed by this policy.

8. Analytics, cookies, and browser storage

Necessary browser storage may be used for website functionality, including remembering your privacy choice. Calculator and recommendation features do not use cookies, local storage, or session storage to retain customer orders or answers.

Optional analytics tools load only after you explicitly accept the Analytics category. Analytics is disabled by default and controls Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Your choice is stored on your device in local storage undersuperclashcn_privacy_preferences. You can use the “Cookie settings” control in the website footer to review or change that choice.

Rejecting Analytics prevents those tools from loading on future page loads. When a previous acceptance is withdrawn, the website also attempts to remove known first-party Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity cookies and reloads the page to stop active tracking. This cannot necessarily erase information already sent to a provider. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity operate under their own privacy practices.

Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary technical request data, such as an IP address, browser details, requested URL, and time of access. Any third-party site opened from SuperClashCN may use its own cookies, analytics, or storage under its own policies.

9. Result screenshots

Selected completed-result screenshots may be displayed publicly to illustrate an in-game outcome. Customer-identifying or unrelated account details should be removed, cropped, or obscured where necessary. The current gallery preserves existing source obscuring and applies a display crop to one unrelated balance area.

Publication is not a claim that every image has been independently verified. Contact SuperClashCN if you have a privacy concern about a displayed image.

10. External links

SuperClashCN links to external services including WhatsApp, Telegram, Trustpilot, the separately operated WordPress blog, and other websites where relevant. These destinations operate independently under their own terms and privacy practices. Review those practices before providing information.

11. Data security

Reasonable measures may be used to limit unnecessary collection and protect information handled through the current process. However, no online communication, third-party platform, or storage method is completely risk-free. Share only necessary information and protect your own accounts and devices.

12. Privacy requests

To ask about information you have provided or raise a privacy concern, contact SuperClashCN using the current public email or Contact page. No statutory or guaranteed response deadline is stated in this operational draft.
