Your data is used solely to fulfill your boosting order, communicate with you via WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or email, and send you order confirmations. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We do not build profiles or track your activity beyond what is required to complete your order.

Data Sharing

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Your information is shared only with the specific booster assigned to your order, and only to the minimum extent necessary to complete the boost. All boosters are bound by confidentiality.

Payment Information

We do not collect, process, or store any payment card details. All payments are made directly via your chosen method (Wise, PayPal, Crypto, etc.) and we only confirm receipt of payment via Offical SuperClashCN WhatsApp, Instagram, X, Telegram and Email. No financial credentials pass through our systems.

Account Security

We never ask for or store your Clash Royale password at any stage. We only request a one-time login verification code that Supercell sends to your registered email or phone number when our booster logs in. This code expires after a single use and is never stored by us.

Data Retention

Order records including your game tag, username, supercell email and contact details are retained for up to 6 months for dispute resolution and quality assurance purposes, then permanently and securely deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at admin@superclashcn.com or superclashcn@gmail.com.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion of your data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at admin@superclashcn.com or superclashcn@gmail.com.

Service Agreement

By placing an order with SuperClashCN, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full. We provide Clash Royale skill-based boosting services carried out exclusively by real human players. You agree to provide accurate account information and a one-time login code when requested to begin your boost.

Risk Acknowledgment

By placing an order, you explicitly acknowledge that third-party boosting services may conflict with the Terms of Service of Supercell Oy, the publisher of Clash Royale. SuperClashCN operates as an independent, skill-based service provider and is not responsible for any actions taken by Supercell Oy against your account, including but not limited to warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans. You use this service entirely at your own risk and discretion. SuperClashCN strongly recommends that all clients review Supercell's Terms of Service before placing an order.

Account Safety

We guarantee we will never ask for your account password at any stage. We will never use bots, scripts, macros, or any form of automation. All boosting is carried out exclusively by real, skilled human players who log in using a one-time verification code you provide via WhatsApp or SuperClashCN other official channels. This code is never stored. Your password remains private and in your control at all times.

Limitation of Liability

SuperClashCN's total liability to the client shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service ordered. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to loss of in-game items, progress, rankings, rewards, or account access. In the unlikely event of an account action by Supercell following a completed boost, SuperClashCN bears no financial or legal responsibility beyond reviewing the case on a goodwill basis.

Refund Policy

If we are unable to complete the agreed boost for any reason within our control, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours via your original payment method. No refunds are issued for fully completed orders. If a partial boost has been completed at the time of cancellation, a partial refund proportional to the incomplete portion may be issued at our discretion. In the event of an account action by Supercell within 24 hours of boost completion, please contact us immediately at admin@superclashcn.com and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Client Responsibilities

You must ensure you have sufficient gems before placing challenge orders. You must not log into or play on your account during an active boost session without first notifying us via WhatsApp or Other Offical Channels, as this may interrupt the boost and affect results. You must provide accurate game tag, trophy count, and rank information at the time of ordering. SuperClashCN is not responsible for delays or incomplete boosts resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.

Pricing

All prices displayed on SuperClashCN.com are final and inclusive. There are no hidden fees at any stage. Optional upsells are clearly priced before purchase and are never added without your selection. Bulk discounts are applied automatically at checkout.
