Account Sharing :
The customer may be asked to share their account credentials, including login and OTP, if it is required to provide the service. The customer does so willingly and knowingly, accepting all risks that come with it. The buyer (of services) remains solely responsible for recording and safekeeping all the necessary and private information in case theft of an account ever occurs.
With this form of service, the gaming account of a player (buyer of the service) is handed over to another player (who cooperates with the service provider). For this purpose, the service provider's player logs into the account of the buyer and participates in the gameplay instead of the buyer. In this case, the responsibility of SuperClashCN consists in ensuring the security of personal data of the buyer. In addition, SuperClashCN guarantees that the account transfer will take place properly and without misuse of the account. And though SuperClashCN takes every necessary measure to ensure the buyer's account safety, we are not responsible for any actions taken against your account if the reason is the boosting service with use of account sharing or account sharing itself.
SuperClashCN Has the Right to Reject Any Order :
Spamming, making slanderous or libelous remarks, or threatening in any way is prohibited at all times if there is a problem with your purchase. Violating this rule may result in acquiring the right to refuse providing any services without explaining the reasons.
Order Cancellation Policy :
Please keep in mind that appointed boost time can be changed and order reservation can be canceled only if you notify us about your will 12 hours before the boost start. If you miss your appointed boost without notification, you won't be granted another boost and payment won't be refunded for the missed boost. When we reserve a spot for your boost, our team can no longer take another customer for that slot and will be compensated for it. If you have some force majeure situation, you can always share your account details to our pro, so they can complete your order.
Billing :
Due to frequent and increasing fraudulent activities experienced in this business, SuperClashCN currently does not authorize credit card accounts and/or PayPal accounts with unverified addresses and/or unconfirmed telephone numbers. Please be sure that when entering your personal information you double check all information and confirm it is relevant and accurate before submitting. All unconfirmed/unverified purchases will be cancelled upon discovery, thus delaying the efficiency of the purchase/transaction.
